By accessing the Chemsys B2B portal or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy.

Accounts are intended for verified business customers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or lock accounts to protect the platform.

All prices are wholesale and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, stock and lead times may change without notice. An order is a request to purchase and is subject to confirmation and available stock.

White-label and toll manufacturing services are subject to minimum batch quantities and separate specifications. You warrant that any branding or artwork supplied does not infringe third-party rights.

Counter sales and collection are available at our Sandton depot during business hours. Risk passes on collection or delivery as applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chemsys is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Chemical products must be handled in accordance with the applicable safety data sheets.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
